Mmerci Encore delivers domestically within Singapore at this time. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days of payment confirmation. During this period, your order will be processed, blended fresh in the atelier, and dispatched. 

You will receive a tracking number & later, the Smartpac in your mailbox(while this is registered, no signature is required on your part). 

If your tracking number on SingPost reads'Item not found', we encourage you to wait within 1 to 2 business days for the parcel to register on their system. As the parcels are under the control of SingPost once they leave our hands, we've found the best thing is to wait for it to be processed/captured on their end.  

Please note dispatch and deliveries may take longer during festive periods such as 11/11, Black Friday, and Christmas. We thank you for your understanding and encourage you in such situations to place orders in advance.

How much is delivery within Singapore

Flat rate S$4.50 shipping within Singapore, using SingPost Smartpac. Orders over S$100 enjoy complimentary shipping.

Do you ship internationally? 

We would love to but aren't able to at present due to local post regulations. 

Why don't you ship within 24 hours? 

Our products are made by someone, not something. Good things take time. Mmerci Encore is hand-blended apothecary-style, using fresh, high quality ingredients. Nothing sits on the shelf, waiting to find itself a home. Once blended and packaged, these made-to-order items will make a beeline for your door by courier. We promise to make it worth the wait.

Vital Shipping Information

We're so happy these items will find a good home with you and do our best to have them reach you safe and fresh as ever. 

  1. Please ensure that your shipping address and telephone contact are correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. If the package is lost due to you providing the wrong address, Mmerci Encore is not responsible and cannot offer a refund.

  2. Please specify the time you will be in to receive your parcel(9am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 5pm, 5pm to 8pm). We'll try our best to make that happen. Kindly note if the products are couriered while you are out, the re-delivery attempt comes with additional shipping and handling costs.

  3. Our products are prepared fresh in small batches. We strive to have your goods reach you without delay, however as we don’t have items sitting on the shelf, there may be few instances where the creation of items may take several days of pre-prep. Some bespoke orders take a longer to create, but that’s the nature of made-to-measure beauty: it’s a creative, collaborative process that can take anywhere from a week to a month.  

  4. Please note that while there is no GST charged to Singapore customers, all customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Mmerci Encore is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.

  6. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services.  

What's your policy on returns/exchanges?

Please note that items from Mmerci Encore are quality controlled and are checked for any faults and securely packaged before they are dispatched by hand to our customers. 

All sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer one-for-one replacements for incorrectly shipped and/or defective items only. All returns/exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis under the discretion of Mmerci Encore.We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt.  

Returned itemsmust be unused, unopened and in their perfect original condition and packaging. Items must be returned with original proof of purchase in order to receive your replacement item. Notifications received after 7 days will not be entertained. 

All returned items must be shipped back to us through registered/trackable mail at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if any aspects of terms stipulated above do not comply with this policy. 

Wrong Item

If you were shipped the wrong order, our bad, we’re sorry! You have up to 7 days to contact us at hello@mmerciencore.com and highlight your order number, and the incorrect item

Defective Item

If you have received a defective item(eg. cracked bottle), please drop us an email us at hello@mmerciencore.com within 7 working days from the day the parcel was received. Within your email, kindly attach a pictureof the defective item and a description of the fault to help us rectify the issue for you. Your feedback is vital to us, and this will definitely help us improve in the future! 

Please note we are unable to entertain any exchanges for defective items beyond the 7 day mark. 

Change of heart/change of mind

These do not not constitute grounds for a return/exchange or the issuing of store credit on Mmerci Encore’s part.
