Do you create bespoke goods for weddings/parties/showers/random shindigs?
Why yes, we do! Whether it's for your Big Day or winning brownie points with your colleagues at the office Christmas party, we've created many a bespoke aromatherapy blend. There are varying levels of customisation - from adding your monogram with our logo or crafting a scent from scratch. Simply get in touch for rates and to start collaborating.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Just on our fun, fearless mates and discerning beauty editor friends.
What is the best way to store my products?
Remember to store your preservative-free products in a cool, dry spot—we recommend the fridge. Ingredients may have settled during transport/storage, give them a good shake before use.
What’s the shelf life of the products?
As indicated on the jars. Look for the 'UB' or 'Use By' scrawl.
I wish there was smell-o-vision. How do I pick an oil or product that's right for me?
You can use the 'Shop By' tab to select and shop by your mood and current state. For example, If you're feeling frazzled or wired, shop for products under our 'Relax' category. Alternatively, use our search bar to type in your present state. Enter 'de-stress' and you'll find items that may just be what you need.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days of payment confirmation. During this period, your order will be processed, blended fresh in the atelier, and dispatched. Please note this can take longer during festive periods such as Christmas when it may take longer shipments to be dispatched. We thank you for your understanding and encourage you in such situations to place orders in advance.
Why don't you ship within 24 hours? Everyone else does.
Our products are made by someone, not something. Good things take time. Mmerci Encore is handblended apothecary-style, using fresh, high quality ingredients. Nothing sits on the shelf, waiting to find itself a home. Once blended and packaged, these made-to-order items will make a beeline for your door by courier. We promise to make it worth the wait.
How much does shipping cost within Singapore?
We offer flat rate shipping & handling of $6 on all orders via Singpost Smartpac, which typically takes 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number & later, a postman at your door. All orders $100 and over receive complimentary shipping on us.
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak or holiday periods. If your tracking number on Singapost reads 'Item not found', we encourage you to wait within 1 to 2 business days for the parcel to register on their system. As the parcels are under the control of Singpost once they leave our hands, we've found the best thing is to wait for it to be processed/captured on their ends.
Do you ship internationally?
We would love to but aren't able to at present. Why? Because SingaporePost has regulated against the shipment of liquids, creams and lotions outside of Singapore.

What's your policy on returns/exchanges?
Please note that items from Mmerci Encore are quality controlled and are checked for any faults and securely packaged before they are dispatched by hand to our customers. For hygiene reasons, we aren't able to accept any returns on any liquid/balm/cream/gel based item, unopened or otherwise. If you have concerns regarding other tools such as the jade roller, we encourage you to drop us a line at hello [at] mmerciencore.com.
Please note that any replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis, and exchanges in sending the items back to us are borne by the client. All returns need to be processed via Singpost registered mail or courier with a tracking number.
Wrong Item If you were shipped the wrong order, oops! Our bad, we’re so sorry! You have up to 7 days to contact us and highlight the order number and incorrect item, and we can then take it from there. Shipping is non-refundable.
