At this time, we sadly do not offer shipping abroad (thanks for nothin' SingaporePost!). However if you would like to place a special order we can explore a shipment via DHL, simply email us at hello [at] mmerciencore.com
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days of payment confirmation. During this period, your order will be processed, blended fresh in the atelier, and dispatched. Please note this can take longer during festive periods such as Christmas when it may take longer shipments to be dispatched. We thank you for your understanding and encourage you in such situations to place orders in advance.
How much is delivery?
Flat rate S $7 shipping within Singapore.
Do you ship internationally?
We would love to but aren't able to at present. Why? Because SingaporePost has regulated against the shipment of liquids, creams and lotions outside of Singapore. It's a dumb rule that we're just not badassed enough to break.
Important Shipping Information
We're so happy these items will find a good home with you and do our best to have them reach you safe and fresh as ever.
1. Please make sure that the shipping address and telephone contact is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
2. Please specify the time you will be in to receive your parcel (9am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 5pm, 5pm to 8pm). We'll try our best to make that happen. If the products are couriered while you are out, we will endeavour to re-deliver at an alternate time and date. A third re-delivery attempt may come with additional shipping and handling costs.
3. Our products are prepared fresh in small batches. We strive to have your goods reach you without delay, however as we don’t have items sitting on the shelf, there may be few instances where the creation of items may take several days of pre-prep. Some bespoke orders take a longer to create, but that’s the nature of made-to-measure beauty: it’s a creative, collaborative process that can take anywhere from a week to a month.
4. Please note that while there is no GST charged to Singapore customers, all customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
5. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
6. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services.
What's your policy on returns/exchanges?
Please note that items from the Aromatherapie Atelier are quality controlled and are checked for any faults and securely packaged before they are dispatched by hand to our customers.
Wrong Item If you were shipped the wrong order, oops! Our bad, we’re sorry! You have up to 7 days to contact us and highlight the order number and incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
Notify Us if you have received a defective item (eg. cracked bottle). Please drop us an email within 3 working days from the day the parcel was received. Include pictures of the defective item and a description of the fault.
Kindly retain your postal receipt from the courier until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Mmerci Encore. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your parcel. We will do our best to process returns within 7 working days of receipt.
All items will be inspected on return and will be handled on a case by case basis under the discretion of Mmerci Encore.
Change of heart/change of mind These do not not constitute grounds for a return or the issuing of store credit on Mmerci Encore’s part.
As with all returns, items have to be unused, unopened and in their perfect original condition and packaging. Items must be returned with original proof of purchase in order to receive your replacement item. Notifications received after 7 days will not be entertained. All returning items must be shipped through registered/traceable mail at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if any aspects of terms stipulated above do not comply with this policy.
